How to use

Warm Use

• Place flat on a clean, microwave-safe plate
• Microwave for approx. 2 minutes (based on 900W)

• Redistribute the seeds halfway through heating

• Check the temperature. Heat for a further 30 seconds if needed.

• Heating times vary with microwave wattage

Cool Use

• Freeze for 1–2 hours in a clean, dry container or sealed bag

• Apply as a cool compress

Care Instructions

• Keep dry. Spot clean only. Do not wash

• Cool completely before storing in a dry place

• Do not overheat. or leave unattended while heating

• Allow to cool completely before reheating
