What is FlaxHaven?
FlaxHaven creates handcrafted weighted heat pillows made with premium Belgian linen and certified Australian organic flaxseed, thoughtfully designed to bring warmth, comfort and calm to everyday rituals.
What is the difference between Anchor Piece™ and Balanced Fit?
Anchor Piece™ features our signature weight distribution, designed to gently settle around your shoulders for a more supportive and relaxing experience while reading, resting or unwinding.
Balanced Fit offers evenly distributed weight for gentle comfort during everyday rest, relaxation and sleep.
What is it filled with?
Certified Australian organic flaxseed, wrapped in premium washed Belgian linen.
Where are your products made?
Every FlaxHaven piece is handcrafted in small batches in our Sydney studio using carefully selected natural materials.
How long does the heat last?
Typically 20–40 minutes, depending on room temperature and personal preference.
How do I heat it?
Microwave for approximately 1–2 minutes. Always check the temperature before use. Heating time may vary depending on your microwave.
Can it be used cold?
Yes. Place your pillow in a sealed bag and chill it in the freezer for around 2 hours for a naturally gentle cooling experience on warm days or whenever you prefer a refreshing touch.
Can I wash it?
The inner heat pillow is not washable. Spot clean only.
Is every pillow exactly the same?
Each FlaxHaven piece is handcrafted in small batches. Slight variations in shape and texture are part of its unique character.
Is it a medical device?
No. FlaxHaven products are not medical devices.
They are thoughtfully handcrafted comfort objects designed to bring warmth, balance and quiet moments into everyday rituals.

Do you ship internationally?
Yes. We currently ship to Australia, the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, Germany, the Netherlands, Sweden, Norway, Denmark and Finland.
Where do you ship from?
Every FlaxHaven order is handcrafted and shipped from Sydney, Australia.
How long does shipping take?
Delivery times vary by destination. Most international orders arrive within approximately 7–14 business days.
Is tracking included?
Yes. All international orders include tracking.
Will I pay customs or import taxes?
No additional payment is required on delivery. Any applicable duties, taxes and import fees are taken care of by FlaxHaven.
