How to use 

Heat Therapy

• Use a clean, dedicated microwave-safe plate
• Microwave for approx. 1–2 minutes (depending on microwave wattage)

• Shake halfway through heating for even warmth

• Always check the temperature before use

Cold Therapy

• Freeze for 1–2 hours in a sealed plastic bag

• Ideal for inflammation or acute pain

Care Instructions

• Spot clean only. Do not wash

• Store in a cool, dry place between uses

• For long–term storage (several months or more), keep in the freezer in an airtight bag or container to preserve the natural freshness of the seeds

Safety Notes

• Do not overheat. Always check the temperature before use

• Do not microwave the heat pillow with the cover on
