We offer free standard shipping Australia-wide.
Each FlaxHaven piece is handcrafted in small batches and carefully prepared in our Sydney studio.
Orders are dispatched every Tuesday and Thursday. Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.
Returns
If you change your mind, unused items may be returned within 14 days of delivery.
Items must be unused, in their original condition, and returned in their original packaging.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will work with you to resolve the issue.
Important Notes
For hygiene reasons, used heat pillows cannot be returned unless they are faulty.
As each piece is handcrafted, slight variations in texture, shape, and appearance are part of its natural character.
